I had a great experience with all the staff. From the time I checked in with the front desk to the time you meet with technician (Carrie) and doctor (Dr. Rich), I had a great experience. The office is really clean and very spacious. I would highly recommend Eye Care Institute.

My daughter was referred to a different office when she lost vision entirely in one eye. They said she was faking. So we came here for a second opinion. They were able to diagnose the issue, get her in for surgery and correct it so she can see again. Had we listened to the first doctor she would have spent her life half blind. The eye care institute took the time to look deeper and solve the problem.

I think they are overbooked. appt at 3:30 still waiting st 3:52. it's cold in the waiting room.

I was helped by the kindest medical assistant named : Aneyri!!! Aneyri helped me with a few measurements and exams etc. and also got me prepped to see Dr. Brahma (spelling?) who was also very kind, very polite, and great at his profession!! Aneyri cares about the patients and goes out of her way to make you comfortable which is “rarified air” these days!! If you need any ocular care, this is the best place to go in Santa Rosa, hands down. Their insurance options are also incredible!! Thank you Aneyri and Dr. Brahma and team!!

I am so very grateful to be under the care of an exceptionally skilled and caring doctor, Dr. Yang. She has provided such wonderful care for my complex eye care issues. She is extremely kind, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way for her patients and takes the time to see that questions are answered and if need be, assistance with getting medicines approved by insurances when possible. I feel quite confident being in her highly trained care. Such a gifted doctor and wonderful human being. I wish to also point out that the staff seem to all work so nicely together and are so kind to the patients. Disela was so very helpful working under the direction of Dr. Yang and those who help to get insurance to cover medications that are needed. Disela is such a responsible and kind young lady. Carrie was my tech and was also very nice. This office runs so well. Excellent care and nice and caring people!

Very nice when checking in to your appointment but I feel like the doctors are overbooked and sometimes the wait is long

The whole process is so well done. You couldn't go to a better place to have cataracts taken care of. The pre evaluation is done by a great team, everyone really takes special care of the cataract prospects. I definitely will have the Eye Care Institute take care of my optical care.

So relieved that they made it easy to make a same day appointment.
