Cancellation and Missed Appointment (No-Show) Policy
In order to provide timely care to all patients, we make every effort to remind patients of their upcoming appointments. We also request that you please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Patients NOT enrolled in Medi-Cal/Partnership:
- A $25 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments without proper notice.
- This fee is not billed to insurance.
Patients enrolled in Medi-Cal/Partnership:
- In accordance with Medi-Cal regulations, no no-show fees are charged.
- However, after three (3) missed appointments, the practice will stop scheduling future appointments, after providing 30-day access to emergency care.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or circumstances beyond the patient’s control.

Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Please enter “ECI” as the Practice ID when paying bill online. You will need your Account Number from the upper right of your statement, as well as the dollar amount you owe, in order to pay online.
