One goes about sharing their experience what are the things that you most often see is they treated me in a professional manner well I was and I appreciated that, but what was important to me was the kindness and the ability to laugh. Every individual that I have had contact with has been kind and gentle. Each and everyone of them has gone out of their way to explain what was going to take place during the examination. Dr. Shar is extremely kind individual and is one would expect A physician who is knowledge is greater than one would expect. One would think you would see her on the staff of John Hopkins, mayo clinic and the rest of the great medical facilities that are available. I am so happy that she is here to see and takeOf my vision problems. One would have to go a great distance to find a group of people who were on the level of these people and their expertise.

Dr Shah has been amazing in followup from two procedures.I am hopeful during this recovery.

ECI has been doing a great job of taking care of my eyes since I was as diagnosed with glaucoma 8 years ago. Dr. Anderson has been very attentive and has monitored the pressure in my eyes He put a bleb in one when eye drops did not control the pressure. Now Dr. Alsamarae is operating on my cataracts. The right eye was successfully done last week and I look forward to the left eye on Friday. Dr. Alsamarae is very thorough and caring. The support staff is always courteous and thorough and professional. I feel like the folks at ECI want to work with me to make sure that my eyesight is preserved as I age.

The whole process is handled so well. Everyone checks and double checks all of the important things. Very thorough and I felt quite at ease in their care.

I woke up with a eye scratch that was hurting and was able to be seen by the early afternoon, which was unbelievable. They squeezed me in and I was seen by a Dr. Rich, who was wonderful. He was caring, professional and he really helped me with what I needed. Additionally, l found all the staff helpful and friendly. Thank you Eye Care Institute 😊👀

I have had 10 years of care from cataract surgery to care for glaucoma. The care from Drs and assistants has been consistently OUSTANDING! The staff has been caring, friendly, courteous and always professional. Could not find better care! I drive 100 miles to get there because they are that good.

I started with IOL cataract surgery with Dr. Lillian Yang of ECI, perfect job, wonderful job. Then I wanted to change the distance in one eye and did LASIK surgery with Dr. Daniel Rich also of ECI, and also a perfect, wonderful job. These are BOARD CERTIFIED experts in their field and they know their stuff, big time! And they are nice and you can pay more elsewhere, believe it or not! This is the place!
