I had a regular eye exam with dilatation with Dr. Shah in Feb. at the 4nd St. office. Everything when smoothly from check in thru the exam and consultation with Dr. Shah. The support staff that did the initial vision exam for a prescription were friendly and competent. Dr. Shah did the inner eye health exam and reviewed the prescription. I felt I was receiving excellent care. Parking in the Barns & Noble lot.

I got metal in my eye and they took the best care of me. I Squirm anytime anything comes close to my eye and they totally relax me to the point I was ok with them poking stuff in my eye. I was so worried about my eye sight and it’s totally fine now. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend.

I was scared to death of any surgeries involving the eye. Unfortunately I had a large growth that needed to be removed. My eye Dr referred me to Dr. Rich. He was very comforting and answered all my questions. The surgery went well and we got better results than were predicted. He’s a very kind and thorough Dr. You will be in good hands.
