Professional, courteous and pleasant

I’ve always had issues with my eyesight, and they’ve become more serious as I’ve aged. It’s very important to me that I have the utmost confidence in the doctor who oversees my eye care. Dr. Avni Shah of the Eye Care Institute inspires that confidence. In addition to her significant medical expertise and intelligence, she truly cares about her patients’ well-being, and will think outside the box to deliver the best possible outcome. I wouldn’t consider any medical facility other than Eye Care Institute to safeguard my vision.

My first visit to this provider. Staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was professional and explained the status of my vision. I needed new glasses and the optician was helpful in selection of glasses. I was referred to Dr Ni because she specializes in the care of my specific vision issues.

The Eye Care Institute Did a wonderful job on my cataract surgery. I felt each person I met there was professional and caring. They were clear in the instructions and explained things well. I would recommend them to anyone with an eye problem.

My recent experience at the Eye Care Institute was excellent. It is difficult to get a decent prescription especially for my right eye because I have had both RK and cataract surgery. If you have had this combination, you know what I mean. The technician (I believe her name is Jessica) was very patient and took the time necessary to get the proper prescription. This was no small task. I just picked up my new glasses today and what a difference! I can see!! Thank you, Jessica!!! Roz (Bob's Wife)
