First of all I had to work through the new AI phone system. It was so good that it gave me an appointment on the same day! Next I got in quickly and Hailey was a great person to work with for all of the preliminary tests! I hate having my eyes dilated but you do what you have to do. Doctor Alsamarae was welcoming and quick to get things done. One odd thing is that you don't get your prescription for glasses when you check out. You have to go to the eyewear department to have them print it for you. Of course this is a sales ploy, but Jill in eyewear was super knowledgeable and helpful even though I had no plan of buying glasses there. The interior architecture of this office is like state of the art, totally a maze ing. They need much better signage on the outside of the building to be seen by those who are arriving in the parking lot.

I get excellent care at the ECI. Everyone is kind, courteous, and professional. I was impressed with Hailey, the technician working with Dr. Abramson. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions. I highly recommend the ECI!

I have to do a lot of reading, writing, and computer work for my job, and I completely trust my eye care to Eye Care Institute. In addition to being skilled, everyone there shows great warmth and friendliness whenever I visit. They have early morning appointment times for busy professionals, and they have a great selection of eyewear.

ECI has always been very professional and has always been punctual and making sure I'm comfortable. Although it is a 4 hour round trip, it has always been worth it!!

I lost my Dr. Then when I was told that I was going to have to have surgery for my glaucoma, I was sent to see Dr. Arwa Alsamarae, she made me feel like as if she had been my Dr. for years. She was kind and explained my concerns about the procedure she was going to perform. During the surgery she was wonderful explaining what she was doing and making me feel at easy, even when it was uncomfortable. After the surgery, she even got me in earlier for my post op appointment knowing that I had a 4hr. ride home. I've been home less than 24hrs and already I feel the difference she has made in my eye sight. I would highly recommend anyone to her. God Bless you Dr A. I'm looking forward to the left eye procedure next week. This review goes out to everyone of her staff. They where very nice and listen to me.
