Education
I completed my undergraduate and medical school at Saint Louis University. Following my time in St. Louis, I moved to Chicago for my ophthalmology residency at Loyola University Medical Center where I served as chief resident. I went on to complete advanced fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City.
Professional Focus
As a board-certified ophthalmologist that specializes in cataract, cornea and refractive surgery, I provide medical and surgical management of corneal disease including corneal transplantation as well as refractive cataract surgery with standard, toric and premium intraocular lenses using specialized laser technology. I also provide care for comprehensive ophthalmic conditions such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
I look forward to serving the Sonoma County community and take pride in collaborating closely with my patients and their families to create personalized treatment plans that optimize vision and quality of life.
Personal Interests
My husband and I recently moved to the Bay Area from my home state of Nebraska. We have three children and delight in their outlook on the world. I love to bake, travel, explore new foods, and enjoy outdoor activities with my family.
