I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and compassionate care I received from Doctor Daniel Rich and the staff at the EyeCare Institute in Santa Rosa. From getting a last moment, emergency appointment, which allowed me to see Dr. Rich same day, through the many tests performed and post visits seeing Dr. Rich, I have received the best attention, always treated with respect, consideration and compassion. The Eye Care Institute has the most advanced technology, modern equipment and professional staff. Doctor Rich is an experienced Ophthalmologist, very knowledgeable, professional and especially an exceptional human being. He found almost immediately was wrong and proceeded with diligence to prescribe me and treat me, preventing me to have major damages. His personable maners, compassionate care, and the clarity wich he explained me everything, made me feel I was in the best hands I could be. Thank you doctor Rich for all the time you gave me and the time you took to call and reach my primary doctor to inform her what you had found out, and to ask her to see me ASAP, Thank You doctor Rich, you have gone above and beyond. Thanks to you, I started a treatment, the accurate one, after being misdiagnosed two weeks before by another provider. Thank you Dr. Rich, you have my eternal gratitude. Enjoying AWESOME vision after Dr. Ni performed cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Ni is a talented surgeon who took time to explain things and answer my questions. Dr. Nina Ni is an amazing person. I would call her perfect as a medical doctor with an incredible "bedside manner". And ALL of the staff are just as Amazing. From the receptionists, to the wonderful people examining my eyes, were excellent. I cannot overstate how professional and delightful everyone was with me. My vision is perfect now.
